Shipping:
We will ship your order the most economical way through USPS, UPS,
or FedEx. If items are in stock, they will be shipped to you within 1-2
business days. Many items may be shipped to you direct from the
manufacturer. Shipping lead times on these items may vary. Please note: boots,
turnout gear, and some other products may have longer production times. If you need an order prior to a
specific date, please contact us before placing your order to see if
fulfilment is possible.
International Shipping:
International shipping is available for most products. Please call us at (815) 857-2000, Monday - Friday 8AM-4PM CST for a shipping quote and to place your order over the phone.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax of 6.25% will be charged to all Illinois orders.

Multiple Product Orders:
For multiple product orders, we will make every
attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products
that are not in stock at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become

Warranty Issues:
Items that have been put into service and are thought to be
defective fall under the manufacturer’s warranty, if there is one available.
The item will need to be returned to the manufacturer for evaluation, through
coordination with the Illinois Fire Store. Repair, a replacement, or a
refund will be at the discretion of the manufacturer based on the results of
their evaluation.
